CLASSIFY INTO RISK CATEGORY: By calculating the hazard score it is then possible to classify it into the correct risk score category and thereby determining which possible urgent plan of action is to be taken.

Only R<20 can result in an acceptable situation where nothing (additional) needs to be done. However as long as S >= 4 additional measure are strongly recommended. |
